Jay-Z rented a mansion in the Dominican Republic resort Casa de Campo for his Scarface-themed 40th birthday and with a star-studded guest list we’re sure it was a soiree to remember!

Kanye West, Diddy, Oprah, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, Lil’ Wayne, Ne-Yo, Kate Hudson, A-Rod and M.I.A. all showed up courtesy of two private jets to celebrate Jay’s big day where the sipped on vintage Dom Perignon and Cristal champagne.

Guests had to leave their phones at the door to ensure no pics would leak as well as saying the password “Bye, Bye Blackbird” for admittance. At midnight there was a fireworks display and synchronized swim performance.

Kanye and Diddy were both said to perform as well as Alicia Keys. We wonder if his wife Beyonce took the stage at some point during the evening to serenade her man?

Sounds like one amazing party!
