Officially divorced for less than 2 weeks, Madonna is wasting no time jumping right into a new fling with Yanks’ A-Rod.

Though the couple remains “just friends”, A-Rod was spotted in Mexico City this weekend, “coincidentally” at the same time that Her Madgesty was in town for her Sticky and Sweet tour.

A-Rod’s alibi was that he was there to open a new sports complex in the city, where he spent a couple of hours teaching kids how to bat.

Nice work, especially after he almost ditched his kids for Madge.

The Yankees slugger remained tight-lipped about Madonna. But, he said, “It’s a pleasure to talk about baseball, to talk about the importance of keeping children off the streets, out of drugs and out of all the bad things that there are in this life.”

And when asked about “coincidentally” being in Mexico City the same time as Madonna, he said it was “very good.”

Yeah, we bet it was!
